Hello everyone just finished rich dad poor dad and to say the least it has me hooked. Very eager to learn as much as I can and looking for some experienced investors to shed some light on the multiple avenues in real estate as well as any local meetups in the Cleveland area? I currently live in mentor Ohio working in sales. Thank you for the advice!
