Newb From New Jersey

Joe Vacanti
Posted

Currently I work in Tech, Cyber Security and Data Network for enterprise networks with 25 year of experience. As we all know the 401k is not going to do for you solely. I am looking to build my portfolio in RE / Rentals. As stated in my description I mentioned wholesaling but for the purpose of funding capital for fix and hold.

I reside in south Jersey just outside of Philadelphia. I am looking to develop relationships in the market, and develop my CORE4. So far I've been able to nurture a few relationships with local agents and Estate Sale company owners and joined my local REIA group. Reading and learning as much as I can in the two disciplines I am interested in working in. I am totally in sponge mode!

I'm here to learn, gain advice, network and very soon be able to provide value help other that are where I am currently.

Please feel free to reach out.

Regards

Joe
