Hello everyone!

My name is Fernando and I am excited to get the ball rolling in this new venture. I am completely new to the world of real estate and investing in general. I have been an engineer by trait but I'm looking to switch gears and learn to create passive income through REI.

I listen to the podcasts everyday on my way to work. Just soaking up as much as I can. I have started reading on how to improve my financial education and getting the right mindset to really make this work

I have not fully decided on which branch of REI I want to dive into yet, but my funds are limited and thought I might do a progression of wholesale to flipping to buy-hold/rental. If any of you have done the same or have suggestions/input on that strategy I'd love to hear it. I'm definitely ready to start expanding my network and learning from all of you.
