Hello! My name is Julius. Originally from Charleston SC, but i've been living in Tampa, FL for the 2yrs. I've recently decided to take property investing seriously, and i'm very close to owning my first pieces of properties within the next 4 weeks(2 duplexes).  I have absolutely no experience in investment properties, but I try to absorb and apply action from the information I find, to make it successfully out of the "Rat Race" of a J.O.B. I've learned soo much from the podcasts, and i'm very excited to hone the skills needed to become successful.
