Tips to where to start in real estate as a 19 year old

HI, I'm currently a 19 year old living in Green, Ohio. I've always wanted to go to college but this past year and half really had me thinking about a different route to go due to not being able to go to college. I have been studying and looking at real estate for a while now and there's just one thing I can't seem to understand. How to start. I'm working a Pizza delivery job making around 21,000 a year. I recently bought a car that has a $400 monthly payment on, as well as a $200 deposit into a Roth IRA through Vanguard where I buy S&P 500 stocks and bonds(for retirement). I'm making roughly $21,000 a year at the moment. I'm just trying to figure out where and when to start investing in real estate as well as what technique to use in buying the house. I have known about the "brrrr" technique for some time now so I'm very interested in that. Any tips on where and how to start would be greatly appreciated.

@Parker Smith . Good for you!  That's amazing. A natural starting point might be to house-hack.  You need a place over your head.  Perhaps you could leverage the 1st time homebuyer program to get into a unit and get roommates to pay off your mortgage for you.  You live for free (or super low cost ) and can save quickly for your next investment.  Just an idea!
