New to Bigger Pockets with flipping experience from NJ

Posted

Hi all, just wanted to make an intro post. I will post a picture shortly but figured I'd throw this out there. I live in Manasquan NJ and have flipped 5 Homes in Wall Township, Howell, and Brick. In the past I have done all cash deals, did 90% of the work myself and made a 30%-40% return on all 5. All homes were bought off the MLS.

I'm looking to broaden my workload.  My full time job is for a large commercial contractor and I have been able to flip 1 house a year over the winter months on the side utilizing my nights and weekends for about 3 months each year.  I've developed a very strong network of contractors over the years between my full time job and experience flipping and I'm looking to give more of the work out and try to pursue more than one deal a year.  I have also developed a strong network in terms of realtor/attorney/title/insurance etc that I can rely on.

I have about $250k cash on hand that is devoted to real estate investing.  I plan to get into buy and holds to build some long term wealth and possibly allow me to eventually get into this more full time.  I have listened to bigger pockets podcasts for some time and hope that in joining the forum I can both contribute and seek advice in areas I may lack.
