New-ish BP-er from Toronto Canada

Hi BP-ers!

I’ve been browsing and listening to BP podcasts for few months now I figured I should introduce myself :)

I have a primary condo and rental condo in downtown toronto and currently working on pulling the equity out via HELOC to fund real estate investments in the US.

I can't seem to decide exactly how and where to invest in the US? How do other out of town investors pick a market? 

Should I get an LLC to start? Do you guys have experience in using rocketlawyer.com?
