Hello,

The short question: I couldn't find any Meet Ups in Gainesville, FL. Is there anything like that here?

I'm brand new to the world of real estate investing. I just read Rich Dad Poor Dad, bought and played Cashflow (would love to play more), watched a bunch of YouTube videos, and now I caught the bug.

TBH, I don't currently have a lot to offer. I'm just hungry to learn everything there is to know so that I can get "lucky," in other words, be prepared when opportunity shows up.

I'm about to buy my first property and don't know what I need. I have a real estate agent (a friend) who's apparently not familiar with investing (she didn't even seem to be familiar with the 1031 Exchange or the 121 Exclusion). I'm nervous because I don't know what I don't know.

I'm typically the type of person who starts sharing knowledge as soon as I have it. So, I'm hoping to contribute soon.

Do we already have a "secret Meetup" in Gainesville? (please let me in. I promise I'll be good haha)

Looking forward to meeting like minded on the path to wealth (passive-ish income).
