Im officially a real estate investor! 

My wife and I read bigger pockets books and listen to the podcast. This is something I have been very interested in real estate and have been looking for the opportunity to start. Bigger pockets has given me the confidence to negotiate deals like I already have an existing portfolio. There were a lot of unforeseen roadblocks along the way to making the deal work but we finally closed on our first investment. A 4plex in a developing neighborhood. I learned that small deals have big problems, its time to think way bigger! Im looking forward to see what the future holds!
