Moving Tampa and ready to get started (again)!

Hello all! I've been reading and listening to BP for the better part of four years and am ready to make the plunge! I am Active Duty Air Force and Big Blue is moving us to Tampa Bay, FL next spring. The more I research about the area the more excited I become to get this real estate investment going. We are fortunate to have saved up quite a bit of liquid cash that we are prepared to start growing into financial independence. I'll be posting a new thread with a few questions shortly but wanted to get the ball rolling and introduce myself. I look forward to sharing our story and reading about your experiences and successes.
