Hello all my name is Dale Spears I am a 23 year old that lives in Tallahassee I have just started to get into real estate. I have been listening to the bigger pockets podcasts and reading books. I want to start house hacking and I would love to meet up with someone that lives in the area to discuss my plan and how I can improve it thanks.
