Hello BP folks! I've gotten on the bandwagon, looking to learn and eventually chip in as well. I love the community I've seen here thus far and look forward to connecting. I don't usually put myself out there, but you don't grow if you don't put challenges on yourself!

Born and raised in West Knox county, currently in Lenoir City area. I've got a nice full time job at the moment which I've been plugging away at for 13 years, but I'm ready to be self-employed and take that leap of faith. I'm in the growth phase of my financial life and I'm ready to take action on the right deals, which I'm open to just about anything but I'm really feeling the call of a STR.

I'm willing to meet any like minded folks and if you are into running or hiking our beautiful trails in the area, let me know!
