Newbie from Vineyard, Utah
Hey Everyone! My name is Jack Jarvis and I am a 22-year-old newbie investor originally from Greensboro, NC, now living in Vineyard, Utah. My wife and I bought our primary residence back in May, and we are now looking to move forward with our first rental!
We are thinking of doing a turnkey property out-of-state as a way to get our foot in the door, and because it's difficult to afford putting 20% down in Utah right now.
I am interested in networking with local investors, as well as others with turnkey experience.
