Hi everyone,

thanks to James Vermillion who suggested I introduce myself, Im here giving everyone a warm greeting even though I am still mourning the loss of Oklahoma Thunder in the championship. Am I the only one in the world who was cheering for the young team to pull out the win? I myself have had some disappointing losses in life. And just like the Thunder will have to do, I got up, dusted myself off and kept going.

I have been in real estate since 2007. I started as an agent and quickly realized that being a real estate agent was not my passion. I started reading books, articles, and even bought a few rei courses. I came to the conclusion that real estate investing was how I wanted to be affiliated with the real estate industry, thus labeling myself a real estate investor.

2 years went by and I didn't invest in anything! I had went back into the work force and almost gave up on my dream of being a real estate investor. God intervened on my behalf and the company I was working for at the time had a mass layoff. Needless to say I was one of the employees that got laid off. So with no job, no savings, no benefits, and nothing but time, I took a second look at this real estate thing. I heard someone at a networking event I attended say they were "wholesaling properties". When I got home I looked up the term on the internet and read as much as could. At that very moment I knew that I would be in real estate for the long haul.

So fast forward to today, Im an active real estate investor. I specialize in wholesaling, and I will be venturing into rehabbing properties and commercial real estate very soon. It is a great feeling to wake up everyday and do something you absolutely enjoy.

My goals are to have multiple streams of passive income, add value to those around me, and provide the best investment properties to the people I build relationships with. I am always open to learn and grow, as well as receive constructive criticism so I can be my very best!

I look forward to networking and participating with you all so we can elevate each other to the next level in our lives.

Happy Investing Everyone :)

Don't listen to Ibrahim S...I was born in Midwest City, OK and am still mourning the loss, but not too much because that young crew will be back to the finals real soon!

I see you are from Atlanta and looking to rehab soon, so pay special attention to posts by J Scott, he is a successful rehabber in Atlanta. Good luck to you in continuing in real estate investing.
