My wife and I have had a mobile home rental for about 7 years now but unfortunately have only rented it out to break even and to pay mortgage, insurance and the HIGH Bossier Parish property taxes. Our long term tenant is buying a house and moving out so we have decided it is time to increase the cash flow, pick up a couple more properties and set ourselves up for a decent retirement. We have another singlewide on the same property that is being lived in by my father-in-law, so one day in the far future hopefully, it will be rented out also! I am reading all I can and researching all I can about real estate investing and looking forward to diving into it a little more eventually!
