Newbie looking for direction

I am new to BP and have only a zeal of real estate through youtube videos. I'm seeking direction to make this my lifestyle and an inheritance for my children's children. I'm mostly interested in wholesaling, renting, flippn and developing. I've watched some interesting guys on youtube like Max Maxwell and Jay Morrison just to name a few. Was even thinking about trying Jays courses but kind of on edge. I'm just ready to get started and leave the Distribution industry. I'm sure you guys can steer me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.
