LA from London, looking to invest and build a network

Hi everyone,

Recently sold my company in the UK and moved to LA, looking to invest in good yielding assets that don't need too much work. Ideally anywhere nearby but happy to look further afield. I've got quite a bit of experience owning flats (apartments!) in London, both for long and short lets. A friend and I own a portfolio fo properties and employ an individual manager which works out well for us. But Brexit has somewhat reduced my appetite to continue building that business!

Ideally would like to find some good people to work with on multifamily properties, but fully open to single family homes or commercial real estate. I'd also be open to looking at some kind of flipping.
