Hey everyone! I'm Chris and I'm from Ambler, PA. I've been lurking around BP for a couple months now, and this has got to be the best and most helpful REI community online. I'm really happy I joined!

I purchased my first duplex in August 2011 in Glenside, PA, and now I'm living in the top unit and renting out the bottom; I'm loving it! For me, it's easy money and easy to maintain because I do contracting work for a living. Now, I'm looking to continue investing in real estate by doing some wholesaling, rehabbing, and getting some more rental units.

I'd like to continue my journey in REI by wholesaling deals to obtain cash. Once I accumulate a good deal of cash, I will reinvest it into other deals such as rehabs that I will sell to retail buyers. I also plan on accumulating at least one rental property per year to increase cash flow.

I'm hear to network with like-minded individuals, build a buyers list for wholesaling properties, and find properties to either wholesale or fix & flip myself. I invite all messages and collegue requests because, like I said, I'm here to network!
