Hi All -

My name is Carl Boswell and I have been a listener of the BiggerPockets RE podcast for some time now. A bit about me: I am 27 years old and married, living in Washington, D.C., and working in the financial sector. I have a love of real estate and aim to focus investment plans on NC, with a specific focus in the buy-and-hold strategy, targeting mid-range ($100-250k) SFHs in the greater Raleigh area (Knightdale and Cary included). I look forward to learning and engaging with the rest of you more on the site!
