First Rental Property Purchase!

Hello everyone, my name is Marston Garceau and I am looking to get started in my own real estate journey. My partner and I are looking to buy our first property using the "House Hacking" strategy. The problem is, our lease doesn't end for about 6 months and we aren't completely sure of whether or not we have to wait for our current lease to be up in order to buy a property using an FHA Loan.
