New Member Intro - Florida Real Estate Investor

Hi BP Community-

Just wanted to introduce myself and get started with connecting with all of you! I'm a professional real estate investment analyst working at an institutional shop in NYC with a specialization in multifamily assets. The fund I work on focuses on Class A, stabilized product in core markets with allocations in build-to-core developments and some value-add assets. Prior to that, I was in Boston underwriting and helping in the disposition of luxury multifamily deals for CBRE, a global company that specializes in institutional investment sales.

My goal is to take the knowledge I've learned from working for institutional investors and bring that into my own personal investing. Funnily enough, despite having a career in real estate investing, I have yet to close on my first personal investment. I'm currently focused on finding any opportunities (single-family to small multifamily) throughout Florida, California, North Carolina, Texas, Kansas, Ohio, amongst others. Looking forward to connecting with all of you to learn more about your experiences and share what I've learned along the way.

Thanks!

Andy Syang
