Hello my name is Brian, currently living in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh,Pa with my wife and son. I am looking to begin my journey towards financial freedom thru passive income via real estate investing so that I can spend more time together with my family. My business strategy is the buy and hold method throughout the greater Pittsburgh area. I am open to flipping a home if the right opportunity came along. I'm always looking for great sound advice and possibly a mentor.

My first rental was in McKeesport and I still own and invest there.  Just make sure you buy in the right pockets.  My recommendation would be to stick with Fawcett Plan, Park Plan and Christy Park.
