Rookie From Far Outside the USA

Hey Everyone,

I'm Markim, I will be 26 years old in December ( *whispers* I look a lot younger than my age, well so they say). I live on an island called GRENADA, located in the Caribbean. I am extreme new but very excited about Real Estate Investing and interested in learning as much as I can about it, preferably Rental Investing.

My main focus is on multifamily properties and hopefully expand into Vacation Rentals in the future due to where I am from. I am looking forward to networking and learning with individuals from all over, and hopefully with persons within my country and surrounding islands if they're on here. Thanks.
