Hello from San Francisco

Hello everyone,

I am Vivan from San Francisco, CA. I am a SW engineer who is looking to start real estate investing from next year. My goal is to buy rental either for airbnb or long term rentals and hold it for atleast 10 years. I want to build atleast 2000$/ month from the cash flow in next 3-4 years.
