Hello everyone,

I am Vivan from San Francisco, CA. I am a SW engineer who is looking to start real estate investing from next year. My goal is to buy rental either for airbnb or long term rentals and hold it for atleast 10 years. I want to build atleast 2000$/ month from the cash flow in next 3-4 years. 

I am looking for people who can help me achieve this and who can share their knowledge with me. Please feel free to connect and share ideas. Currently I am listening to the podcasts and reading the ultimate beginner guide.
