Hello BP community, first ever post! I've been listening to BP podcast for a year and I've been investing a little less than two years now. I'm planning to hit my financial freedom number through real estate by the end of 2019 and be semi retired. I like to buy under-performing apartment buildings and re-position them with typical value add strategies.
