New Contractor to BP from Cincinnati!

Hello everyone, I'm Tanner Lowe from Cincinnati, OH. I am the owner of a residential remodeling company here in the Cincinnati area. We specialize in all phases of residential remodeling including kitchens,bathrooms, flooring, finished basements, lighting and plumbing fixtures, as well as windows, roofs and siding. I feel its time to start using some of my  construction expertise outside of my contracting business, in the avenue of flipping houses. I like to think i have a great eye for a good deal because i can estimate renovation cost and execute renovations without paying a contractor. However i am looking to gain knowledge in all of the other facets of the real estate, such as financing, interest rates, closing cost ect. Looking to get the ball rolling and do my first deal ASAP.
