New member looking to start investing in Charlotte, NC area.

Hey everyone, 

I am a newbie in the real estate investing space and looking to learn as much as possible here at BP. Currently I live in Fort Mill, SC which is pretty close to Charlotte, NC so investing within this area is my starting point. My goal is to be able to quit my day job within a few years by replacing my current income with income through investing. I have been binge watching the videos and listening to the podcasts all day every day. So far buy and hold rentals through the BRRRR strategy seems the most interesting avenue for me to pursue to start out. Looking forward to connecting with people and sharing experiences.
