NEW MEMBER: Ideas for connecting with people

I'm AJ. I'm a resident of FL, born and raised, and I have a goal to one day be financially free. Attended school for media production and music business. After being told time and time again about how music doesn't pay the bills, I shifted my thinking to "maybe it doesn't have to", thus beginning my journey to financial independence and freedom. I've been listening to podcasts for moths and going back to old ones and I'm noticing how true the saying "your network is your net worth" is. At 22 with my media production background, I know my way around some tools that I think would be helpful to realtors, business owners, landlords, etc. One idea I have is offering interactive VR/360 tours that can be used on Realtor.com, Zillow, Google maps and more. Would this be a good place to start and are there any realtors, business owners, landlords, etc out there that think this is something of value?
