Hello, first time posting to forum. I currently just moved to Pensacola Fl, I am going back to school for a second degree in construction management and finance.
I saved up 20k, currently going through school for my real estate license also. I'm a disabled veteran and in a market I do not know at all, I currently live rent free with family. Was wondering, what are somethings I can work on and is using my VA loan to purchase a larger house to rent out the rooms to college students a good plan. Currently reading the BRRRR book, rich dad poor dad, and set for life.
If anyone has some pointers on what I can do going forward I would much appreciate it.
