My name is Chris Bryant. I’m 33 years old and currently work in the oil & gas industry here in North Dakota. I have been up here for 5 years and am originally from North Carolina. I am new to real estate investing, but I have experience with other types of investing. My short term goals are to either house hack a multifamily or do a live in flip in a single family, depending on what deals are available in my market Networking isn’t my strong suit, but I’m hoping to improve upon that and meet other investors here as well as offline.
