Hello Everyone, 

I'm a newbie Investor from Winnipeg, Manitoba. I've been listening to BP podcasts for quite a while now, reading books to get educated and excited to purchase my first rental property. I'm looking to invest in Winnipeg area for my first couple deals and interested in doing BRRRR strategy.
