Hey! I'm Looking to Network with other Real Estate Professionals in the Saint Louis Market. I was born and raised in Saint Charles. I recently obtained a HELOC on investment property to use as capital and I have been researching House Hacking into a 4 family in the South City Area. If anyone has any insight or knows of any Realtors or Wholesalers who deal with small Multi Family I would appreciate it!
