Hi everyone,

I'm new to BP - I just recently started listening to the BP podcast! It's phenomenal, can't believe I didn't find this sooner. I have a couple of rental properties - in Calgary and I recently completed a new construction project: built a high end spec duplex in the inner city. Looking to expand into multi family for long term holds. Open to JV's and connecting with other investors.
