Hi! My name is Kyleigh. I currently live in Colorado, but travel around in my van following work where I can find it. I have always been interested in real estate and am in a position where I can begin investing in it. I have enough capital at the moment to purchase my first piece of property. I have been researching different strategies and decided that I’d like to get into Brrrr. I have no background in business, finance, real estate or rehabs but am obsessed with learning as much as I can about all of it. I am willing to help anyone out with any phase of their real estate investment process in exchange for valuable advise and education. Preferably in CO and even more preferably in Boulder/Denver area, but have my van and may be able to travel for the right experience. I am interested in Brrrr-ing in Charleston SC. I was born and raised there and am familiar with the area and I believe the market is strong. Please reply if you have any advise or opportunities for me. I hope to meeting lots of people here! :)
