Ready to do another flip in Charlotte NC

Hey guys!

My name is Serge, I'm from the Charlotte NC area. I've been working in the mortgage industry for about 8 years now, mainly in the secondary marketing department. My wife and I bought our first home a few years ago. It was a HUD foreclosure which we completely renovated ourselves. Since then we've sold that property and bought a more expensive home using the money we made from our first house as a large down payment. Anyways I'm interested in finding another foreclosure to fix up and potentially flip. I've been a fan of the bigger pockets podcast, which is why I decided to join this site. Looking forward to learning more about flipping houses and meeting some of you guys on the site!
