Hello all,
I am a BRAND NEW investor , I and my husband . Already gained a wealth of info from this site, and I'm so thankful. I am looking for mentors in the area too. We hope to have 5-7 SFH rentals paid off in 10 years., while doing fix and flips for extra income .
I am looking to get into REI full time

Please advise on courses to take in the Dallas area .
