New member from NYC metro area

Hello all.... my name is Stu, I came across the site today, it looked like there are a lot of good, genuine people here so I decided to sign up and see what it is all about. I am a civil engineer with 25 years of experience in commercial and residential land development. In addition, as an investor I have successfully completed numerous residential subdivisions acting as the owner/developer. I am also the owner of a mixed use and a duplex resdiential property.

My primary interests are in land development (that is what I know how to do) and flipping/renovations (that is what I would like to learn how to do). Looking to make connections with other real estate professionals and investors, discuss issues and experiences, and possibly find some investment opportunities or partners.
