Newbie in MONTREAL Area

Hello everybody, my name is Andrew and I am brand new to Biggerpockets and real estate investing in general; it’s all very exciting as I have already learned so much in such a short time. Anyway I was wondering if anyone in the Montreal area was meeting up anytime soon for some fun and RE talk. Me and my wife Laurence are planning on attaining a rental property within the year and hope to build a respectable cash-flow/appreciation income in the coming years for our growing family.
