Hello fellow investors, my name is Evan Le (35) and I am excited that I am able to take part in this community.  I am new to real estate/investing but have been toying with the idea since childhood.  Long story short,  I've been oversea teaching and have decide to head back the the US and start building the American dream. My main investing goals are rentals and hopefully to be able to do a house hack with in a year or two (if possible).
