New Investors in Southern California, looking to BRRRR
My husband and I are new to Real Estate Investing and are looking to BRRRR/House Hack a duplex as our first investment. We are in Glendora, Ca and the market looks horrifying right now. We plan to buy by the end of the year, and start renovations right away! If there are any investors in the area that have experience with BRRRR'ing in the Inland Empire, we would love to get together and pick your brain over coffee or lunch.
