New Member Alert. Wanted to Say Hi to Everyone in BP

Hello all. My name is Odafe Umukoro and I live in the Los Angeles area. Besides helping my father fix his apartment units and owning a condo I am fairly new at being a Real Estate Investor.  Between watching my father and listening to bigger pockets I have been able to formulate RE broad goals for myself and am eager to start.  I've bought and started reading a couple of books from BP and trying to listen to more podcast about real estate.  I'm trying to learn as much as I can but don't want to get bogged down with literature that I don't apply it.  But I just wanted to introduce myself and say hi to all.
