I am excited to be starting out in the real estate world! I grew up in Issaquah and work a full time job. I am looking to build up my real estate portfolio through rehabbing homes with the end goal of buy and hold rental properties.

Real estate is such an interesting field. Stocks may go up and down, same with home prices. But people will always need a place to live. They are not making any more land out there (minus Hawaii and Iceland) so it will always have an intrinsic value.

I am excited to get more involved in real estate! I own my primary residence and have a short term vacation rental property in Chelan. I learned a lot from the chelan purchase and found myself really enjoying investing. My wife and remodeled the chelan house our self and it took 3 months. It was a lot of fun and I caught the bug for more!

Feel free to reach out. I’d love to meet or talk with anyone about real estate investing.
