Hello all,

Ready to take it to the next level! I bought my first 2 rental properties at the same time in 2014. Went looking for a vacation/short term rental in the Outer Banks of NC and walked away with a STR and a LTR, 1/4 mile away. Too good a deal to pass up. Perhaps some day that LTR will be a STR also, but for now...I'm fine. I haven't really thought about looking out of state for deals, but always a consideration for the right deal. I am looking primarily in and around Raleigh. Maybe an hour or so out would be convenient. I manage the LTR and STR both right now and it's a bit nuts at times, but great experience. The plan is to manage any further acquisitions myself as well, but not ruling out another strategy if things blow up. Hoping to gain some great insight who live this life everyday!

Thanks,

Aris
