Hello everyone I am a new member living in Louisville, Ky. I moved out here to attend dental school and am currently entering my 3rd year. With this, I've found myself a lot more free time than I've had previously and would like to get a start on investing in real estate. I was initally planning on waiting until I graduated but I feel I have enough time on my hands to get started a little sooner.

I would like to start off with wholesaling as a means to build capital for other forms of investing and to pay off student loans. Any advice you all have would be greatly appreciated as I'm new to the field. I look forward to networking and learning from you all and potentially working together in the future.
