A Newbie Investor in Seattle

Hello Everyone,

My name is Jeff Bongard, currently living in the Seattle area, and working a 9-5 in aviation. I’m a newbie to real estate investing, and very anxious to learn and get my feet wet as a serious real estate Investor and to leave my 9-5 job in the dust. After I got married last year we rented out my wife’s Townhouse and she moved in with me. During that rental process, we ran across Bigger Pockets® as we prepared to become Landlords. I’ve spent the past few weeks devouring more information on real estate investing, and now I’m ready to put more skin in the game and seriously expand our investments in real estate. I’m interested in exploring wholesale, buy and hold, and flipping in the Seattle area right now, with cash flow as end result.
