Hello Everyone. My name is Josh. Currently working as a Mechanical Engineer making decent money doing the 9-5. Just saving, learning, reading, and hopefully meeting some of you great people. I got into this from helping my parents find a vacation rental that is set out to give them a 10-15%COC return each year without them doing anything. Currently, I am leaning to buy a small 2-5 unit multifamily but open to anything. Looking forward to learning and networking!
