Newbie Currently Within Gilbert, Az area

Hey Everyone!! My name is Bryan I am kind of new to real-estate I have been studying it day n night for the past 5 months and it has gotten to the point, where I am just done with the studying and just want to go. I found that trying to immediately start going for some rentals and buying homes on a mortgage when you're 18 really isn't the easiest lol.  So my game plan is to really get my feet wet with wholesaling grow some capital with it and invest it into some rentals. I currently work as a financial advisor, you know the normal 9-5. My goal with real estate is to grow wealth for my family and I to just have fun with life. Thank goodness I found Bigger Pockets on YouTube because they have seriously taught me so much and made it able for me to see deals and things from whole new perspectives. I joined really hoping to talk to more people already doing what I would like, and just expand my knowledge and meet some amazing people along the way. Oh I also forgot to mention I am in the Gilbert,Chandler area of AZ
