Hello guys I am pursuing a career in Realestate. I plan on getting my foot in the door by Wholesaling property. I have done lots of research online but I am looking to find insightful information in my city to aid me through my first closing. I have been attending webinars, driving for dollars, and cold calling but I know that I am in need of  some guidance.
