Hello BP world, I'm Nick Iacovacci. I am 24 years old and brand new to real estate. My day job is as a mechanical engineer, which I love, but don't intend on doing till retirement age. My goals for investing in real estate, as of now, are to purchase my first property (most likely a single family home or duplex) and earn a cashflow to help pay off my student loans. I am still very early in the process, but I am looking forward to my first deal!
