Evening everyone!

I'm Jake, been here for 2 years now and have decided that I would like to give landlording a shot in a single or multi family property that I would also be living in. I'm always hopeful for the magical 10% CAP rates I hear legends about, but really just trying to find a decent place to live in that will slowly build equity while still collecting a modest amount of passive rental income

Still trying to learn as much as I can from this great resource of a site and it’s awesome hearing the stories of people on here. Looking forward to meeting some folks on here! Always open to advice and suggestions on how to get the most out of bigger pockets and exploring the endless amounts of fun events in San Antonio.
